All products are hand-made and original, created with passion by our close family of creative artists and craftspeople. We are dedicated to growing our community of artists and collectors, and ensuring that you have the best shopping experience is priority one. Customer service is our pleasure and we promise to do everything within our power to ensure that you have the easiest and most fun experience here at Nerdychicken. Our many fabulous artists bring their own special flare to the products they sell and you will find that many will accept special requests and custom-made orders. In those cases, the specifics for that product and any options will be listed on the product page for that item and there may be a special text field to input special requests or instructions.
Shipping Policy
Please be sure your address is correct, we’ll ship to the address listed in the checkout. We typically ship within one to three business days although we frequently mail ‘same or next day’ as we know how nice it is to receive something right away! Shipping times may be extended slightly on occasion. You’ll find the current ship time in the product listing. The order processing time is usually one to three business days, but may differ depending on the product listing.
Purchases are mailed in the order in which they are received, shipped through standard mail with affordable flat rate shipping.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT FEES AND TAXES. International mail, depending on where you’re located, can take two to four weeks to arrive. Mail can sometimes get delayed in Customs. Customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are required to declare the actual value of the order on the customs form.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase so if there is an issue, please contact us right away so that we can have the opportunity to work with you to make things right. We have partners all over the world selling on Nerdychicken and the returns policies may differ slightly per artist. Please refer to the shipping section on the product page for the item you wish to purchase to see their specific details. Unless specified differently on an individual product’s page, Nerdychicken is happy to offer the following options:

Tracking your order
We have partners all over the world selling on Nerdychicken and the shipping policies may differ slightly per artist. Please refer to the shipping tab on the product listing for the item you wish to purchase to see if package tracking is standard. It will detail shipping options as well as estimated delivery times including the availability of tracking. If you want to discuss alternate shipping options not initially available during purchase, please email contact@nerdychicken.ca with your order number and we can discuss the possibility of upgraded shipping.
Payment Methods
Nerdychicken Shop of Curiosities currently accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Our order processing is handled through PayPal, but you need not have a PayPal account or sign up for one to pay through credit card – We are happy to accept credit card payments through our PayPal system.
