For INTERNATIONAL ORDERS please allow between 4 to 8 weeks from date of shipping, the package is NOT TRACKABLE. However please take note that Papillon9 cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery caused by loss of time of the customs clearing procedures of your country. TAKE NOTE that Papillon 9 is responsible for your package ONLY IF a tracking number is requested. For the North American continent, allow between 7 to 10 days from date of shipping. Most of the products from Papillon 9 are handmade to order and can take between 2 to 3 weeks to complete depending of the complexity of the work and quantity of orders I received. WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, please make sure that your address on the Checkout page is correct. You'll receive a shipping confirmation from Nerdychicken once your order has been shipped. Your order is shipped 1/ week to our carrier who goes to USA borders, and sometimes it is with Canada Post.
