TAKE NOTE that Papillon 9 is responsible for your package ONLY IF a tracking number is requested. For the North American continent, allow between 7 to 10 days from date of shipping. Most of the products from Papillon 9 are handmade to order and can take between 2 to 3 weeks to complete depending of the complexity of the work and quantity of orders I received. WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER, please make sure that your address on the Checkout page is correct. You'll receive a shipping confirmation from Nerdychicken once your order has been shipped. Your order is shipped 1/ week to our carrier who goes to USA borders, and sometimes it is with Canada Post.
